LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) --   Emergency crews around the state are on standby as Isaac swirls over Arkansas.

As of mid-afternoon, Isaac's center still had not crossed into Arkansas but the rain and wind arrived earlier this afternoon.

The biggest concerns are downed trees and power lines, power outages and of course flash flooding.
