LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The Little Rock Police Department has released more information about a security guard who was arrested for sexual assault after allegedly touching a teenage student.
According to Sgt. Cassandra Davis with the Little Rock Police Department, one of the victims in this case said Robert Lee Myles Jr., 39, offered him a physical examination to see if he was sexually active. The report states Myles offered the student $200 for a 30-minute exam. After Myles had touched the student, the teen pushed Myles away from him and left the area.

Through investigation, police realized there were two prior reports to a Child Abuse Hotline concerning Myles. One of the complaints was very similar to the above account, which involved Myles offering a physical exam to determine sexual activity.
The other complaint was from parents who claimed that Myles had been buying their son gifts and "influencing" him to stay away from the family.
The investigation report from Davis also said Myles had previously run a business through August 2009 called Myles Boys Recovery, Inc., in which he claimed to mentor troubled, at-risk kids.
Myles was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault. He will make his first court appearance Feb. 5.
