Teen arrested for armed robbery at Valero | News
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office has a teen in custody for an early Tuesday morning armed robbery.
The Sheriff's Office says the robbery occurred at the Valero gas station at 14401 Arch Street. The store clerk says a man wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled tight around his face so only his eyes showed, walked into the gas station and pointed a gun demanding money and cigarettes.
The Sheriff's Office says the suspect, Robert Gates, 19, was arrested after being pulled over at Scott Hamilton Drive and 81st Street.
The Sheriff's Office says Gates confessed to the previous aggravated robbery at the same convenience store last week.
