LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A young couple welcomed a new member of their family on New Year's Day shortly after midnight.
Olivia Grace Foster was born at 12:08 am to parents Chad Foster and Emily Dunlap. Hers was one of the first recorded births of 2013 in Little Rock.
She weighs in at six pounds, nine ounces, and her mother is thankful there were no complications or problems.
