Man shot by unknown attacker at LR apartment complex | News

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- A man was shot by an unknown attacker Sunday afternoon at the Chapel Ridge Apartments on Stagecoach Road around 3 pm.

According to the police report, Antwon Smith told police he was getting out of his car when he heard what he thought was a firecracker.

He walked up the stairs to his apartment when his leg started to burn. That's when he noticed he'd been shot.

He then drove himself to the hospital.

Smith was reportedly unable to identify a shooter. There is no known suspect at this time. Police are still investigating.
