CrossFit hosting Reindeer Games competition | News

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Four CrossFit boxes (gyms) in Central Arkansas are coming together for the 2012 Reindeer Games on Saturday, December 15th.

The Reindeer Games competition with proceeds from participants, along with general donations to the event, will go to support the programs offered by the non-profit, mental health organization Centers for Youth and Families.

West Little Rock CrossFit, CrossFit Legit, Rock City CrossFit and CrossFit Little Rock have worked together to present this competition to benefit Centers for Youth and Family and to grow awareness of CrossFit programs in Central Arkansas.

The event will be held this Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Little Rock CrossFit location (1021 Jessie Road, Suite A). There will be three competition divisions: novice, amateur and professional. Prizes will be awarded in each division to the best female and male participant.

It's $15 per registrant to participate. All proceeds will benefit various programs with the Centers for Youth and Families.
