LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Central Arkansas Water customers will see an increase in their monthly bill next year.

Rich Graham, CEO of Central Arkansas Water, said the company held a public hearing Tuesday afternoon to get feedback on the rate increase for the next three years.

The average customer will see the following changes:
2013: 3.82% increase, amounting to about 47 cents per month
2014: 3.66% increase, amounting to about 47 cents per month
2015: No rate increase

CAW was formed in 2001 when Little Rock and North Little Rock water departments merged.
