Walmart's internal investigation into those allegations shows how big corporations deal with charges of wrongdoing and how they can avoid prosecution and large fines. For more on this, Lance Turner of Arkansas Business stopped by THV 11 Studios.

Craigslist sale turns into shootout in Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Little Rock Police said shots were fired during a Craigslist sale.

Sgt. Cassandra Davis told THV 11 News that the shooting happened at the Briarwood Apartment Complex on June 9 after he told the seller that he wouldn't give him his money until he saw the rims he wanted to purchase.

Davis said the victim realized he and his friends were being robbed when the seller went to a storage unit on the property and opened the door to reveal nothing. When the victim and his friend tried to leave, the suspect told them not to and then fired several shots at the dissipating group.

Davis added that in self-defense, the victim returned fire and did have a concealed weapons permit.

Woman talks about twin sister's death in double murder case

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - There are still no arrests a month after a Little Rock double murder, but THV 11 was able to speak to the twin sister of one of the victims, and she is pushing for anyone out there with information to come forward.

Natalie Hubbard said that she and her sister Natasha Avery were close; she was often the one her sister called for advice. Now, a month after her sudden death, she's still left wondering why and appealing to the public for anyone with answers.

"Wednesday was our 33rd birthday, and it was very different," Natalie Hubbard said.

It was a different feeling for Natalie Hubbard this week with her twin sister not around to celebrate their birthday.

"A month later, it's still the same as if it's not real. It's still hurtful-- very heartbreaking," Hubbard said.

Little Rock drivers tire of downtown parking dilemma

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Drivers call parking in downtown Little Rock an issue, and city leaders have said solutions are around the corner.

How do Little Rock drivers describe downtown parking?

"Sometimes you have to race for it. Other cars are like 'Arrr!'" said Naomi Wallace.

What should be convenient becomes competitive for Naomi Wallace. The lack of parking especially during busy times makes Wallace reconsider before investing time and money downtown.

"Like 'Oh, I'm going to go to the grocery store and cook tonight...because parking over there,'" said Wallace.

Scott Pfaff drove in from Arkadelphia and said his parking experience is hit or miss at best.

"There's not a whole lot of free parking. Unless you're going to do metered parking, finding a spot is going to definitely be a challenge," said Pfaff.
